2. What we collect and why

Name and contact (Telegram, email, phone) — from the form on the "Contact" page. Purpose — to reply and to enter into a contract. Basis — your consent at form submission.
Task description from the form — for preparing an estimate.
Analytics data (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) — IP, device type, referrer, on-site behaviour. Purpose — site improvement. Basis — your explicit consent in the banner (Russia 152-ФЗ as amended 30.05.2025).
Technical cookies (theme, language, analytics consent) — stored in browser localStorage. Not shared with third parties.

Form submissions — up to 12 months in a restricted-access Google Sheet, then archived or deleted.
Yandex.Metrica analytics — per Yandex policy (24 months by default).
Google Analytics — 14 months (minimum available retention).

Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC) — web analytics. Only with your consent.
Google Analytics (Google LLC) — web analytics. Only with your consent.
Google Apps Script — form processor, stores submissions in a restricted Google Sheet. Minimal payload: name + contact + task.
No other third parties.

Request a copy of your processed data via email.
Withdraw analytics consent — via the banner or by manually removing the cookie-consent key from localStorage.
Request deletion of your form submission — write to email or Telegram.
File a complaint with Russia's Roskomnadzor: rkn.gov.ru .

HTTPS site-wide. Hosting and Google Apps Script credentials stored encrypted. Form data backups taken monthly.

Current version — 2026-05-03. On material changes we'll update the date and request fresh analytics consent.
