I study the task: pick the stack, assess complexity, surface risks. No charge.

You sign a contractor agreement (I work with both legal entities and individuals as self-employed). 50% upfront.

I send the contract template, banking details, and a fiscal receipt for the upfront via "My Tax". Schedule locked.

You see interim demos. You can adjust the scope — within the original objective, no extra charge.

I work in the open. Weekly progress notes. If something goes off-plan, I tell you immediately, not at the deadline.

You receive deploy on your hosting (or mine), full credentials, documentation. You pay the balance.

I hand the project over completely — no vendor lock-in. Optionally — continue support on retainer.
